Floor Mounted Box Tipper customised to most applications and bin types

Whether transferring materials into a secondary container, pouring food produce into a blender or even tipping wheelie bins into a skip, floor mounted box tippers can provide a safe and effortless solution to your workplace.

The BKN125 Floor Mounted Box Tipper is designed to allow the effortless tipping of nally bins, chep boxes or wheelie bins. Commonly used in manufacturing, agriculture, fresh produce and mining industries, its universal design allows the cradle to be customised to suit any application or bin type on request.

Floor mounted tippers help increase workplace safety by providing stability during the tipping operation. A full container or bin can be easily loaded onto the cradle base by forklift or hand pallet trolley. Its 130 degree tipping motion is controlled by the 240V AC (1.5kw) Hydraulic Power Pack allowing emptying of contents into a secondary container, bin or even a takeaway conveyor depending on your line layout. Safety features include an emergency stop switch and side safety barriers.

To demonstrate the variety of application, our latest customisation was designed to suit tipping of mining samples weighing up to 1.5T from a mesh cage. This unit was modified and tested in our purpose built production factory in Sydney.
